No.50 Hotspur Street, West End Glasgow
Scotland has traditional tenement buildings that are still in need for renovation and internal alterations to meet the 21st century. These properties benefit a tenant by space, ceiling height and location. Either to rent or live in, taking this work to renovate and understand the process you have to deal with, can be daunted.

Design Proposal
The existing layout and the state of the property was in a need of modernization and love.
The kitchen space was small, dark and in time for update. As the bathroom the electric and the Front Entrance.
The ventilation was non-existence, the floor was creaked and in bad situation, and the ceiling was ready to fall down. It was a long due project that the client was ready to jump in and rescue this gem.
The process was relatively straight forward with me surveying the property, preparing a design and taking it through Building Warrant. After approval, any changes we did, we had to go through amendment to Building Warrant to be able to obtain completion certificate at the end.
The project was able to obtain completion certificate and is ready for the landlord to rent it or enjoy the property themselves.
